GDPR

privacy policy

Here at Ats Films we do not ask for any data that we do not need. In fact, we hardly need any at all from our clients. In most cases we just ask for a name, and a way to contact you- be it a phone number or email address. Ats Films does not 'cold call'.
Once you have booked your services and arranged a date for filming, we turn up and film what we agreed on. All film is then stored on a private, password protected computer and kept on that system until the project is finished. After this, ALL film clips are deleted from the computer unless I have been asked otherwise (sometimes clients want me to keep the footage to go in future films, OR they have given me permission to a put a clip in a showreel). These are the only situations in which film is kept.
Ats Films takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which promotes fairness and transparency for all individuals in respect of their personal data.
